When we’re learning with others, our brains focus not only on the material but also on who was there, what jokes were made, and how group interactions made us feel. Later, when we effortlessly remember this social information, it triggers recall of the learned skills, as well. That is why we promote live group sessions over asynchronous learning, that acts as complementaty to sessions.
Our learning materials and interactive exercises capture and eep the attention of our participants, as we use elements such as storytelling, compelling science, varied formats, interactive elements, and social learning. Spacing lessons over weeks or months, instead of cramming material into one long session, builds stronger long-term memories and increases recall.

There are ways to avoid conflict that stems from different mindsets: Different Generations, Cultures, Backgrounds, Behaviors. And when conflict knocks the door, there are ways to manage it. We learn both in this module and some more: Conflict is not always bad. Welcoming and facilitating creative conflict builds trust and can help teams be more inclusive, more effective and more engaged. We learn that too.
